DAMAGES

If you receive a damaged or rejected DALLY product, you can return it. Contact DALLY Admin at hq@dally-kl.com to request a return form. Here's how returns/exchanges for defective or incorrect sizes work:

  1. Contact DALLY Admin via email at hq@dally-kl.com to arrange an exchange. They will provide a form for you to fill out.
  2. You must report any damage within 24 hours of receiving the item. Claims made after this time won't be accepted.
  3. You won't be charged for return shipping as Dally will cover the cost.
  4. Dally will process the exchange after receiving the returned item.

SHIPPING ERRORS

If there's a shipping mistake, contact DALLY Admin at hq@dally-kl.com or Whatsapps us at +6017 798 1766 with your order number. They'll send out the correct item once they receive the package from you.

MAXIMUM PAYMENT TIMEFRAME

Payment must be made within 24 hours after your last order on our website. Orders not paid within this time will be canceled, and you'll need to reorder. 

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Returned/exchanged items must be in their original condition (unused, clean, with tags attached). Items found to be used, dirty, or with tags removed won't be accepted, and they'll be returned to you.
  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 16:00. Orders placed on 12 will be processed on following working day from 09:00 onwards.
